Adam was born a number of years ago in the great state of Connecticut, just a few miles from New York City. As a child and throughout High School, Adam developed a keen interest in anything computer related; hardware, software, programming, networking, gaming. When he was younger he would often disassemble computers, only to reassemble them later. They sometimes even worked after that. Despite his age, Adam would often be "hired" by the local populace to fix their computers, taking payment in computer books until he had built up enough street-cred to charge real money.
Adam attended Brandeis University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. He liked that so much that he stuck around for an extra year to get a Masters Degree in Computer Science and also met his future wife (but more on that later). While at Brandeis, he helped found the Computer Operators Group (which might still exist) as well as play with lots of power tools in an attempt to build sets for various theater productions (both student groups and the semi-professional Theater Department). He also worked as a Resident Advisor for three years, entertaining and baking cookies (and occassionally extravagant dinners) for those inhabitants lucky enough to live nearby.
After graduation, Adam married his (now) wife. They are currently residing in Scotland for a few years while she pursues a degree in Veterinary Medicine. Somewhere along the way, Adam got a job, and is still amazed that people will pay him large sums of money to play with computers (not because he isn't any good, on the contrary, Adam is a computer genius, but because that's like paying a third grader to build with Legos all day).
